User Interface
YouDesign features three distinct user interfaces: Homepage, Editor, and Presentation Mode. Each is tailored to different user roles and tasks, allowing seamless transitions between browsing, editing, and presenting boards. Users can easily switch between modes to manage and showcase their work efficiently.

Switching Between User Interfaces
Launching YouDesign
To launch the YouDesign application:
- Search for YouDesign in ServiceNow.
- Click the YouDesign text to open the application, and you'll land on the Homepage.
Navigating from the Homepage to Edit or Present Mode
Once a board is selected from the Homepage:
- Click Present to open the board in Presentation Mode.
- Click Edit to open the board in Editor Mode.
Switching from Editor Mode to Presentation Mode
When in Editor Mode, click the Present icon to switch to Presentation Mode.
Switching from Presentation Mode to Editor Mode
While in Presentation Mode, click the Edit icon to switch back to Editor Mode.
Returning to the Homepage
At any time, you can return to the Homepage by:
- Clicking the YouDesign logo in Presentation Mode, or
- Clicking the YouDesign icon in Editor Mode.
